Welcome Packs

The idea behind the welcome packs was to introduce new residents to the area. The packs cover walking, cycling, horse riding routes, as well as leaflets about local geology and an overall leaflet that covers every aspect of Greensand Country. As it was sent out in hard copy form, the hope is residents will keep the information and use it to explore their new local area.
Achievements
615 welcome packs went out to new residents across Greensand Country. They contained lot of information about the area to encourage the resident to get out and explore.
Benefits to People
The welcome packs will help new resident learn about the area. They were delivered door to door to ensure we reached the right people.
Benefits to Heritage & Landscape
The welcome packs contained overview leaflets which explains the heritage of the area.
The leaflets show various walking and cycling route therefore making the landscape more accessible to the new residents.
