Walk on the Wild Side: Family Fun in the Woods

Join us for some family fun as we take a seasonal stroll through this woodland, with activities along the way. What will we notice as we journey through the woods as the season changes?

We’ll hunt for clues about the animals that live there. We’ll look for the forces of nature that act as ‘agents of decay’ from fungi to woodlice and many things between, and learn why they are essential to life in the woods.

Please wear clothes to keep you dry and warm, and sturdy shoes for walking on uneven ground. Please also bring along a bottle of water.
