A chance to get back to nature with a slow, flowing yoga practice suitable for all ages and abilities, even complete beginners. This is a lovely gentle introduction to yoga where you won’t feel out of your depth if you are new to yoga or would like a slower, gentler class that is still effective. This practice has been designed to work with the very special surroundings of the Swiss Garden to bring you harmony and balance, and the class finishes with 15 minutes of relaxation and meditation.
