Heath Wood & Meadow

Heath Wood is 1 mile north of Leighton Buzzard on the west of Plantation Road. It is 8 hectares in size and is mixed broadleaved with some conifers. It forms a ring around residential development and the river Ouzel flows along the southern boundary.  Heath Meadow is an attractive acid grassland directly adjacent.

Walking access only.  The Greensand Ridge Walk passes through Heath Wood.
