Flower and Plant ID for Beginners

Enter the wonderful world of plants at Clophill Lakes Nature Reserve, take a closer look to discover the incredible diversity of flowering plants on the reserve.  Aimed at adult beginners (no previous experience or knowledge is required) or those wishing to improve their id skills.

The Greensand Trust staff will be joined by local naturalist Stephen Plummer who will share his extensive knowledge of and infectious enthusiasm for wildlife at Clophill Lakes. There will be equipment and guides you can borrow and lots of tips on how to identify plants.

Booking required as places are limited:

• Tickets £10 per adult which includes free parking
• Please note this event is note suitable for children under 12 years old
• Surfaced and unsurfaced path – walk length up to 1.5km
• Parking, café and toilet facilities on site
• No dogs please
