Flitton Flits Fun Runs.

Based at Flitton Moor at the Jack Crawley Memmorial Barn it is a friendly running event on a flat cross-country route around Flitton & Flitwick Moors.

There are runs for all ages.  The main race is a 5K run (or walk) for adults or children over 13 years.  This starts at 11.00am.  Before this there are shorter runs: 200m for children under 7,  and 1 mile for 8 to 12 year olds.

Registration is from 9.00am till 10.00am at Flitton Church Hall, Brook Lane, FLITTON, MK45 5EJ
