To be held in the Education Room at Rushmere Country Park. This half-day event aims to give attendees an understanding about; what an ancient tree is, where they can be found and why it is important to record them so they can be protected or managed sympathetically. Split into two sessions, a classroom session with a presentation followed by a guided walk to find an ancient tree! Please note that the guided walk may include un-even or wet ground and appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn. Attendees may attend the classroom session only.
