Whether you want to explore greensand country on foot, learn to canoe on the river Great Ouse or learn the ropes rock climbing at one of our local indoor venues, we have an activity for you.

If you already enjoy exploring the countryside yourself, why not come along on one of our Outdoor First Aid courses?  Run in the heart of greensand country at our Ampthill base camp, our first aid courses allow you the opportunity to learn and practice skills to keep you safe whilst enjoying the outdoors.

We also run a range of walks throughout greensand country and beyond, with walks ranging from Duke of Edinburgh Award expeditions through to guided walks and geocaching trips to instructor training qualifications there’s activities for all levels of ability and experience.
