Birdwatching for Beginners at Clophill Lakes

Come along and discover the joys of birdwatching. Aimed at adult beginners (no previous experience or knowledge is required) or those wanting to improve their identification skills.

Birds are beautiful and watching wildlife is an absorbing and relaxing way to improve your wellbeing. Greensand Trust staff will be joined by local naturalist Stephen Plummer who will share his extensive knowledge of, and infectious enthusiasm for, wildlife at Clophill Lakes. There will be binoculars you can borrow, tips on how to identify birds and some fascinating facts to discover.

Booking required as placed are limited:

• Tickets £10 which includes free parking
• Please note this is not suitable for children under 12 years old
• Surfaced and unsurfaced path – walking for approximately 1.5km
• Parking, café and toilet facilities on site
• No dogs please
