The Katherine Concerts in Ampthill have relaunched under Ampthill Cultural

Events, as AMPTHILL RECITALS – continuing the mission to bring outstanding

classical music to the heart of the town.

This season is funded as part of UKSPF Ampthill Almanac Project.

Founded by local professional musician Simon Davies, Katherine Concerts quickly

became a treasured cultural feature in Ampthill, offering Friday afternoon recitals

by some of the UK’s finest emerging classical musicians. Held at the acoustically

superb Ampthill Methodist Church, the concerts have drawn enthusiastic

audiences and provided a vital platform for the next generation of professional performers
