Heron Watch 2023

Heron Watch is back at Rushmere Country Park  – come and view the herons from the deck with the help our our Heron Watch volunteers and see live footage from the atrium screen via the in-nest HD camera.

We’re delighted to once again provide the opportunity for visitors to see the herons nesting in Heron Valley.

We have binoculars and the telescope for visitors to use. You can see live action from selected nests which are fitted with a camera feeding live images through to our TV screen in the atrium, taking you inside the nest from the first egg to feeding chicks and the first flight! We intend to also live stream some of this footage via our Facebook page.
