Explore Sandy Green Wheel
Sunday 16th May 2021 - Monday 31st May 2021 23:59
Sandy Town Council is pleased to offer both a self-guided trail and an organised group walk of the Sandy Green Wheel as part of the 2021 Greensand Country Festival.
Join our self-guided trial, with a fun, easy, on-the-go quiz between 16th – 31st May.
You can walk, run, or cycle around the Sandy Green Wheel, and either complete it in one go or in sections, whenever it suits you. A map is available to download using the link below and the full route takes around 2.5 hours to walk. The quiz will be available to fill out as you go, using a smartphone, or can be completed on a computer, from home after you finish the walk (internet connection will be required). Submit your quiz answers to receive a Sandy Green Wheel badge and enter into our draw to win a £50 voucher for the Sandy High Street business of your choice!

Or, if you prefer, come along to the socially-distanced, group walk on Sunday 23rd May.
Meet us in the Market Square, Sandy, SG19 1HU at 9.15am to collect a map and be ready to set off at 9.30am. There’s plenty of space around the route to keep safely distanced from other groups and find a pace that suits you. A map is available to download using the link below and the full route takes around 2.5 hours to walk. We’d be delighted for you to join us for the walk, and dogs are welcome too!
Remember, you can still complete the quiz while on the group walk, for your chance to win a £50 voucher for the Sandy High Street business of your choice!
